Gina joined Heartland in April 2026 as the Head of Business Operations. In this role, she deeply understands the internal processes that make Heartland tick and enjoys creating the foundational infrastructure to enable everyone at the firm to do their best work with clarity and purpose.

Before joining Heartland, Gina served as the chief of staff to the VP of Data Center Operations for a hyperscale tech company. She has a passion for operational excellence and is excited to bring those skills to serve the built-world industries here in the Midwest, bridging them with impactful, emerging technologies.

Gina holds a BS degree in civil engineering from MIT and an MS degree in construction management from UC Berkeley. She lives in the Columbus region with her husband and two kids.
