Gavin is Director of Business Development at Heartland Growth Partners, leading the sourcing and intermediary coverage for all of Heartland's private equity deals. Prior to Heartland, Gavin spent time at 154 Partners, a NYC-based private investment firm that manages $400M of committed capital.

At 154 Partners, Gavin led business development focused on proprietary sourcing and intermediary coverage across the services sector and sports and live events ecosystem.

Prior to 154 Partners, Gavin was a Senior Associate at Soundcore Capital Partners. Gavin received a B.A. from Bellarmine University.

Gavin is a Louisville, KY native and currently resides on the Upper East Side with his wife and daughter.
