Milan is a Senior Vice President on the Heartland Growth Partners team and is responsible for sourcing, transaction due diligence, underwriting, and future portfolio company activities for Heartland's private equity deals.

Milan has been a private equity investor since 2020 and spent 5+ years at Brown Brothers Harriman Capital Partners Private Equity (“BBHCP”), the private equity investing arm of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (“BBH”) that today manages over $3.0B of committed capital. At BBHCP, Milan focused on transactions with founder- and family-owned and operated businesses across industrial and infrastructure services, distribution, and other B2B services within the lower middle market. 

Milan began his career in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist Securities), advising on sell-side M&A and strategic capital engagements across food and beverage manufacturing and distribution.

Milan received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. An Atlanta, GA native, Milan currently resides in New York City with his fiancée.
